Processing Time Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a track & trace code.

Shipping Costs – Free shipping on orders over €99 – For orders below this amount, shipping costs vary depending on the location and carrier. The exact costs will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Services We work with various accessible delivery services within the Benelux. The selected carrier depends on your location and the fastest, most sustainable option available.

Delivery Days Delivery takes place on the standard business days of the selected carrier (usually Monday through Friday). Weekend delivery is currently not guaranteed.
